1. Membership and Eligibility The Martial Medals Loyalty Program ("Program") is offered by Martial Arts Supply, Inc to our customers. Membership is free and available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have a valid, active account on martialartssupplyinc.com. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Earning Martial Medals Members can earn Martial Medals by making eligible purchases on our website.

• Earning Rate: You earn 25 Martial Medals for every $1 USD spent on eligible products.

• Calculation: Points are calculated based on the subtotal of the purchase after discounts and before taxes and shipping fees are applied.

• Bonus Activities: We may offer extra Martial Medals for specific actions as defined in the "Ways to Earn" section of our rewards panel (e.g., following us on social media, birthdays, or account creation).

3. Value and Redemption Martial Medals are redeemable for discount codes applicable to future purchases at Martial Arts Supply Inc

• Exchange Rate: 100 Martial Medals = $1.00 USD discount.

• Redemption Process: To redeem points, you must be logged into your account. You can select your reward in the loyalty panel, which will generate a unique discount code. This code must be applied at checkout.

• Non-Stackable: Important: Because redemptions generate a discount code, Martial Medal rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes (e.g., Black Friday coupons or other promotional codes) in a single transaction, unless explicitly permitted by Shopify’s checkout system.

4. Referral Program We may offer a "Refer a Friend" bonus where you (the "Referrer") and a friend (the "Referee") both receive rewards.

• Eligibility: The Referee must be a new customer who has never purchased from Martial Arts Supply, Inc before.

• Reward Issuance: Referral rewards are granted only after the Referee completes a qualifying purchase using the unique referral link provided by the Program. Self-referrals (referring yourself) are prohibited and will result in the cancellation of points.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Points Earned: If you return an item for which you earned Martial Medals, the points earned for that specific item will be automatically deducted from your balance.

• Points Redeemed: If you return an item that was purchased using a Martial Medal reward code, the points used to generate that code will be returned to your account balance. Cash refunds will not be provided for the portion of the purchase paid for with points.

6. Point Expiration Martial Medals will expire after 12 month of inactivity. "Inactivity" is defined as a period in which a member does not earn or redeem any points. If you earn or spend points at least once within this timeframe, your entire balance expiration date is reset.

7. Martial Prowess Ranking (Belt Rank) your status is determined by your total spend or points earned over a rolling 12-month period. If you do not meet the threshold for a tier within that period, your status may be adjusted to a lower tier accordingly.

8. Modification and Termination [Your Website Name] reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Martial Medals Program at any time. Abuse of the program (including creating multiple accounts or fraudulent referrals) may result in account suspension and point forfeiture.

9. Limitation of Liability [Your Website Name] is not responsible for technical malfunctions of the loyalty software (Glow) or Shopify platform that may affect point balances or redemption codes.
